As a firm we are already agile and flexible in our working patterns & locations. As it is our corporate and social responsibility to take all possible measures to delay the spread of the virus, until further notice the Head Office team of Cognitive Law, as well as all the Consultants, will be working from home.
Rest assured it is still very much business as usual. We already operate a paper-light office and have full remote access to clients’ files. Our Head Office phone number – 0333 400 4499 – remains fully operational and will be answered as usual. Our mobile numbers are readily available on our website (if you don’t have them already), and we have telephone & video conferencing facilities to conduct meetings.
Arrangements have been made to safely access the office if deeds or wills in safe storage are required, and to collect hard copy post. In relation to the latter, we would ask that as many people as possible who need to communicate with us in writing do so electronically.
