Alistair is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and advises clients in all aspects of contentious trust and probate including wills and inheritance disputes. Alistair’s dedication to this niche area allows him not only to provide expert legal guidance but also a compassionate and informed approach during what can often be an emotionally charged time for both sides.
