First Friday Lunch – March 2019

We are really excited to have arranged the March First Friday lunch at The Grand in Brighton on Friday 1st March. Please book your tickets here to secure your place.

The Grand have asked that all bookings are made by 4pm on Friday 22nd February

We are delighted to let you know that the host of the February lunch is EMW Law with a special guest speaker from Friends of Sussex Hospices.

Set Menu:

Starter

  • Cajun chicken, cucumber, garlic mayo, tomato, red onion and micro rocket salad

Main

  • Salmon, with bacon, silver skin onions, mushrooms, fish veloute, roast gem, parsley with fondant potato

Dessert

  • Orange tart, Jaffa cake gelato, white chocolate sauce and raspberry powder

Vegetarian/vegan menu:

Starter

  • Salad, spiced butternut, caramelized apple, pinenut and Brighton Blue cheese with green olive vierge

Main

  • Curry, Yellow Thai vegetable, jasmine rice balls, coriander, coconut and lime yogurt

Dessert

  • Orange tart, Jaffa cake gelato, white chocolate sauce and raspberry powder

Drinks

  • 1/2 bottle wine

(other/more drinks may be ordered on the day however these are not included in the below cost and you will be charged extra for them)

Price: £30 per person, plus booking fee.
