The host for the March lunch is 365 Employment Law with special guest speakers Mike Thomson and Martyn Batchelor from Loud Shirt Brewery. Mike and Martyn will be sharing their story on how The Loud Shirt Brewing Co came about… and doing a beer tasting!

The Loud Shirt Brewing Co was set up by life-long friends and beer lovers, Mike Thomson and Martyn Batchelor. They started out on 29 February 2016, brewing in a garden shed near Preston Park in Brighton. After two years of experimentation…and lots of quality control…they moved into our purpose built brewery in the Bell Tower Estate, opposite Lidl in Kemp Town, East Brighton. They’ve sold around 15 beers across Sussex and the UK, including our ever popular Psychedelic IPA and the award winning Ecstasy Stout and Insomnia Black IPA. They almost have as many loud shirts!

Starter
- Cheddar and leek tart (V)
- Baby leeks with truffle butter sauce and a garlic and herb crumb (VG, V, GF)
Main
- Roast chicken with sweet potato, sage and cider sauce
- Lentil cabbage miso bake with roast vegetables (VG,V,GF)
Dessert
- Chocolate brownie, white chocolate ice cream
- Chilled strawberry & raspberry soup with Caramelised bananas, walnuts and basil ( Vg, V, GF)
Drinks
- 2 glasses of wine
- Tea or Coffee after your meal
