We are delighted to let you know that Rob Starr, Founder of The Starr Trust is this month’s guest speaker and will be joining us to give an update on the exciting events and news from the children’s charity this year.
Menu: you have two menus to choose from
Set menu
Starter – Sussex goat’s cheese, heritage tomatoes, olives, focaccia, rapeseed, rocket
Main – Chicken, roasted carrots, swede and leeks, chicken jus
Dessert – Classic lemon tart, raspberry sorbetto, raspberry gel
Vegetarian/Vegan menu
Starter – Cauliflower (vg) Salsa Verde, tzatziki, mint, pumpkin seed, roast choi
Main – Aubergine (vg) & butternut bang bang curry, peanuts, crispy rice, beansprout tempura
Dessert – Pineapple (vg) Tatin, coconut ice cream
